Ruder Finn Atteline, the MENA arm of the global communications consultancy Ruder Finn Group, has announced the launch of two new offerings across the region as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.
The company introduced a dedicated Culture & Education practice alongside RF Publicity, a specialist communications service focused on talent, entertainment and live event visibility.
Responding to New Demand Across the Region
According to the agency, both initiatives were developed in response to growing demand for talent-led storytelling, audience engagement and high-impact visibility across the Middle East’s rapidly evolving cultural, education and entertainment sectors.
The company noted that while the offerings are new to the region, they build upon capabilities and expertise that have existed within the wider Ruder Finn network for decades.
Culture and Education Become Strategic Growth Areas
The newly established Culture & Education practice will support organizations operating across cultural development, higher education and knowledge sectors throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
Target clients include cultural commissions, museums, universities, education technology companies and knowledge institutions, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia and projects aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 transformation agenda.
The practice aims to help organizations build stronger narratives around culture, education, talent development and innovation while increasing engagement with both regional and international audiences.
RF Publicity Targets Entertainment and Live Experiences
Meanwhile, RF Publicity has been launched as a specialist service dedicated to talent publicity, entertainment communications and live event activation.
The offering includes services such as red carpet media management, interview coordination, press junkets, premiere support, experiential campaigns and influencer activations.
The launch reflects the rapid growth of the entertainment, media and events sectors across the Gulf region, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where large-scale cultural and entertainment initiatives continue to attract global attention.
Building on Global Expertise
Radhika Mehta, Executive Vice President of Growth and Operations at Ruder Finn Atteline, said the group’s international experience across entertainment publicity and communications education provides a strong foundation for the new regional offerings.
She noted that the launch follows the introduction of the company’s first Education, Talent and Professional development programme in Saudi Arabia earlier this year, supporting the next generation of communications professionals in the Kingdom.
According to Mehta, the new practices are intended to help organizations build long-term relevance rather than simply short-term visibility.
Why It Matters
The launch highlights how communications agencies are increasingly evolving beyond traditional public relations into specialist advisory services aligned with regional economic transformation strategies. As Saudi Arabia and the UAE continue investing heavily in culture, entertainment, education and tourism, demand for expertise in storytelling, audience engagement and talent visibility is expected to continue growing across the MENA region.
