Data published in the Ajman Real Estate Index showed that 5,435 property trading transactions were completed during the six-month period, with a combined value of approximately AED7.64 billion.

Strong Activity Across the Property Market

Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, said the emirate’s property sector continued to deliver positive results during the first half of the year, reflecting both market resilience and the diversity of investment opportunities available across Ajman.

The highest-value property transaction during the period reached AED215 million and was recorded in the Al Amera area.

In addition to property sales, the department registered 969 mortgage transactions with a combined value exceeding AED1.88 billion.

The largest individual mortgage transaction was valued at AED123.5 million and was recorded in the Liwara 1 area.

Real Estate Supports Economic Growth

Al Muhairi said the real estate sector continues to play an important role in supporting Ajman’s economic development while strengthening the emirate’s attractiveness as a destination for local and international investment.

He noted that the sustained level of activity reflects investor confidence and the continued expansion of Ajman’s real estate market.

Emirates City Leads Trading Activity

According to the department’s statistics, Emirates City ranked as Ajman’s most actively traded real estate development during the first half of 2026.

It was followed by City Towers and Ajman One, which also recorded strong levels of investor activity.

Among individual neighborhoods, Al Helio 2 registered the highest trading volume, followed by Al Helio 1 and Al Zahia.

Why It Matters

Ajman’s continued growth in transaction volumes and property values underscores the emirate’s increasing role within the UAE’s real estate landscape. Supported by expanding residential developments, competitive pricing, and ongoing infrastructure investment, Ajman continues to attract investors seeking opportunities beyond the country’s larger property markets.
