Softtech has entered into a strategic partnership with Microsoft aimed at accelerating enterprise digital transformation projects across artificial intelligence, data engineering, analytics, customer experience, DevOps and business process modernization.
The collaboration combines Softtech’s more than two decades of experience in technology development with Microsoft’s global technology ecosystem to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions for organizations across multiple industries.
The agreement is expected to strengthen enterprise transformation initiatives by bringing together Softtech’s expertise in banking, financial services and other industries with Microsoft’s cloud and artificial intelligence capabilities.
End-to-end transformation support
Under the partnership, organizations will receive end-to-end consulting, architecture design, systems integration, application development and long-term support services for projects implemented within the Microsoft ecosystem.
The collaboration will focus particularly on helping institutions leverage artificial intelligence, data and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and strengthen competitiveness.
Projects developed under the agreement will utilize Microsoft’s generative AI technologies, the Copilot ecosystem, Azure AI services, Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP solutions, Microsoft Fabric data platforms and Power Platform technologies supporting low-code development and agentic automation.

Meanwhile, Cüneyt Batmaz said the partnership would enable organizations to implement end-to-end transformation projects across Copilot, Azure AI, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform environments.
